1st Target gets masked Wheatie

I got my Vision today and came home and put her together, but had a Family gathering to attend. So the park & beach hunt has to wait till Tomorrow. After the Family bash I had a little time to hunt my front yard (house was built in 1951) Over the years I pounded my yard with all my pass detectors all what was left was the many Iron hits.

I Put the Vision in the stock coin & Jewelry mode and within 25 seconds of hunting I got a solid VDI 55 hit @ 5 inch.

I Dug the plug and out pops a old Rusted Roof nail ..... this don't look good? .....I scanned the hole with the Pin pointer a second time and still had a target in the hole ....dug a double plug and out pops a 1951 Wheatie at about 7 inches Lying under the Rusted nail. Not bad for the first 25 seconds with the Vision

Good way to start out with some confidence with your Vision. Sure is a fancy diggin tool there & nice job on keeping the yard nice...Good luck.

This is what I am wanting to know. How well it masks the junk and pulls the goodies sitting within it. Did the VDI waiver any since the nail was in with it?

My MD'ing budy brought his Vision by yesterday and I am giving this machine some serious, serious thought. He's only had it for less than a day.

With only 30 seconds of time on the Vision I can't speak much....... but the VDI was a soil 55 (no jumping) and the analyze screen showed a normal curve on the shape, and the tone was a dig me tone.......The first 20 seconds the Vision was doing a lot of nulling because that section of my yard is full of Iron.
