I got permission to hunt my friend's friend's 1950ish house today. My friend has a 75.00 detector with NO discrimination. His first find was a '52 wheat. I was stoked!! I found a cent, and my second target was a '52 wheat. We were on a roll!!! I knew there was silver here somewhere. This yard was FULL, FULL, FULL, of iron trash. I don't think I dug a coin that didn't have a nail or screw in it. They burned pallets in the yard for cryin' out loud! All the signals were pretty shallow too, a couple inches at most. I dug a few more wheats including a '39s. The Merc was about 3 inches deep. I flipped the plug ,and checked the hole with my pro-pointer...Nothing. I hit the plug with my pro-pointer and she crumbled in to view. This is how she looked befire I touched her with my hands.

This was an awesome day!! It was like a dream, I watch you tube videos of people digging silver all the time, now I'm doing it myself. I can't wait to get out there again.

I got into this hobby for one reason, to dig silver coins. I can finally get out there and get after them!!

Thanks to nebtrac, treasurefiend, lookn4seated, ddub, jim, daddydigger, and all the other you tube bad asses!!!!

You'll never forget where you dug your first E-Trac silver! A BIG Congratulations to one of many. I've also found the yard coins to be shallow as well! Burning pallets in their yard, that would be a nightmare! Thanks for the pictures and the shoutout! Looking forward to your next finds.
