1st Large Cent in Trashy Park

Took my Pregnant wife for a stroll to a park and went detecting. Boom first plug my first large cent.... well not american but I will still take it. I live in Indiana crazy

Never understood why Canada held on to the large cent concept so long. They must have had to pay the same price for copper as everybody else and so must have been losing money hand over fist to mint them!

XP-Man, that's a nice find. You don't find those very often even here in Canada.

PSS1963, and now Canada doesn't make a cent at all. Too expensive to mint them. I guess that's progress.
