Recently received my new X-Terra 705 Pro Pac. I took it to our local beach a couple of days ago, using the 9" concentric coil. I had some notes and a cheat sheet, so setting it up was pretty easy, I read the ebook Digger wrote and my manual several times. 1st off, I am Amazed at how quiet this detector is compared to my others I USED to use. I only dug 13 targets, 8 were coins, 1 deep hunk of rusted metal, I could not get it out of the hole with my sand scoop, 1 flip top and 3 piece of aluminum about coin sized, the junk was deep and sounded and tid'd like coins so I dug em. I really like this metal detector already. I am going out in the early AM to the beach again this time with the Double D elliptical coil to try it out. Later in the week off to a park I know of, I am excited to hunt again, the Ground Balance, Noise Rejection and Beach Tracking is Awesome. More Later. Rick
