I love it, only found about 8 pieces of trash, 2 pull tabs, 1 piece of aluminum, 2 screw caps, and a huge chunk of iron.

About an hour hunt in a '50s park. Found a lot of 6 inch deep '60s cents, but no deep dimes or quarters. ANY ADVICE FOR THE NEW GUY? I just reset it to factory settings(got it used) noise cancelled and started diggin'

It's a Mexican 1000 peso...Worth about 4.50 on Ebay in Perfect condition. Rang too high to even give me a gold scare. Still a cool big coin though!

Congrats on getting your E-trac!:clapping:Looks like your doing fine! For an hours hunt you found alot of coins with your E-trac.
If you can, up your sens, set your gain and variability a little higher than factory settings, threshold level at 15 or 16,
slow down and overlap your coil.
If theirs wheaties and silver in the park you should find some. HH
