1st gold ring ever and GBPro

Well I used the 5x10 football coil today for the first time and did well I think! I was running anywhere from 35 disc up to 69 disc and had sensitivity at 100, looking for old silver coins only. The machine was so stinking quiet, compared to the 13 inch ultimate coil and ZERO EMI issues. Truly amazing. The thing that still "stumps me", is the occasional screw cap and of course the old beaver tail pull tabs, which also ring up in the 68-75 range, at least they do on my machine.

Didn't find any silver today, or any wheaties, but my buddy did and he also found 2 quarters yesterday with his new F75, 1917 and 1900.

Any way, one of the times when I had the disc up to 69, I got a low grunt sound, as it gave a 64-65. But very repeatable, so I dug it anyway. And I'm glad I did.

I forgot to post what the old screw caps ring in at, but they are always in the 71 to 73 range, if I remember correctly. And they still stump me to this day. But one thing I did notice the other day, is that when these numbers come up, I immediately flip to AMM and it *always* has 2 bars on the iron meter.
