got to the bank of the rum at 1:00 p.m getting hot walked down the trail to the river crossed over water was warm about 2.5 feet deep no bugs ,which is weard normally the mosquitoes would have been fears but we are in a siver drought .i threw my shovle up the oposite bank and grabed the tow strap i rigged up and up the 7 ft bank i went dressed in a white shirt mexican hat and long pants i proseeded to swing my M-6 in the trail leading to the two tables got a big beep +45 vdi this is it a ring i was hoping dug whith my shovle up comes a iron chunk 1" x 4" keept going went to the table on the right got another beep it was a pull tab then got another beep a brass pipe then 8ft from the table i got another beep overload it was a pocket knife stainless steel totaly invisible in the tall grass what you might expect to find in a camp ground then i went to the toilet nothing then i went to the other table got a good beep it was a dime then i got a penny at that point i got a panick feeling and my heart was pounding so i hurryed back to the river scailed the bank into the water and at that point the fear left me so i just started scaning the deep spots in the river did not get any good signals just a piece of barb wire and some moor cast iron stove desided to call it a day 11 cents and one knife and some barb wire im shure whites is not intrested in my story HaHa. well i have 140 achers of gopher infested feald and the county is paying 1.75$ per gopher so im going to do some traping i may go back to finish that table but for some reason it scairs me i do suffer from panick attacks and when i do new things or go new places is the hardest for me metal detecting is getting me out moor still injoyed it
