1st coin spill

Well I went back to the spot that I found my 1st silver dollar at, because for some reason something in the back of my mind told me to go back and look some more. I had originally had left right after I found the dollar because I was so dang excited. Well I'm glad that I did, because I found my 1st coin spill. I guess it could have been a cache, but didn't find a pouch nothing but some broken glass. In an area no bigger than 5ft by 5ft I found 14 Indian head pennies and to barber dimes, and this was the exact same spot that the silver dollar came from. In one hole I found 4 Indian pennies alone. most of the coins were at about 8 inches deep, and I was using my Sun Ray 5" coil with my mine lab XS. I never thought that I would be able to top the silver dollar find, and I still cant believe it, I mean this park has been searched for over 30 years and the condition of the coins shows that they were in the ground for quit along time, so that kind of rules out some kid recently burying them. maybe people passed Over them because they were so close together and they thought they were junk, not real sure. All as I know is that I got lucky, and It was a great weekend, the best ever. the dates on the coins are : Indian heads 1873, 1890, 1891, 1895, 1901, 1902(2), 1903, 1904, 1906(2), 1907(3), the barbers were 1903 O, and 1905. I also found a 1948 rosey about 10 ft from the spot. Well I'm done rambling thanks for looking...HH
