1st. Beach Hunt in the last couple months

I've had to put detecting on the back burner for the last couple of months. My first grandson was born about 7 weeks ago and he was 3 and a half months early. The little guy was only a little over 1 pound and has had his share of complications. It's been an uphill battle and now he weighs a little over 2.5 lbs, all those prayers have really helped. I'm sure there are allot of first grandpas on this forum who have an idea of what I'm talking about. When you get a Little bit older and wiser, your outlook on life is different, and when your grand kids start coming, it's a totally different experience vs. having your own kids.
I went to the beach a couple days ago and did pretty good. Spring break just got done and I did manage to find some clad. I did find just a little over 7 dollars and a couple rings, 1 junk ring and a silver with a stone. Can't understand what an unused rifle bullet was doing on the beach.
The AT-PRO worked like a charm and I'm really getting pretty good with it. I don't use the pin point mode to retrieve my targets and run it in the pro mode at about 35 iron. This was about an 8 hour hunt and the beach conditions were great.
HAPPY HUNTING

Triple-SSS, I know what you are going through. My first grandson was also premature by about 2 and a half months. Weighed in at just about a pound and three quarters. Spent next 2 and a half months in neonatal care. I can not believe what they can do for these little babys now. He is now about 2 and a half. Be prepared and I hope his parents have good doctors who can walk the them through the stages of development. They do not progress like other kids, He will be behind in many ways but from what my son told me that he will catch up by about 8 or 9. Oh, and he may have one hell of a little temper, it is pretty normal as they get frustrated easily.

Well this was certainly off topic of detecting. So-nice finds.

Good luck.
