Went out yesterday with my Brother and did some Beeping as we call it. Conditions weren't right, did find some new coins, enough for a cup of coffee, my Brother did about the same in the dry sand, he uses a cheapo Bounty Hunter, he does real well with it too, He gave me one for Xmas 2 years ago and I have found lots of silver and a few gold rings in the dry and at parks with it. I prefer my X-Terra though to any detector I have ever used. Anyways, last find of the day............A Bloody Dirty Syringe....BE CAREFUL. I use a World War 1 T-Handle Entrenching Shovel to dig, works Great in the wet and I am getting the hang of it in the dry.
