1996 error penny

There is nothing in the 2011 Red Book about a circulating 1996 double-die reverse penny .. Any pictures ??
There are several different kinds of doubling. Does the doubling have a step pattern at the "corners" of the letters...... or is the doubling fairly "straight across" at the corners? (You most likely have a doubling that occurs during a striking by dies that are not firmly secured.) Got pics?
