Finds from last few outings . Not much, no gold, one silver merc. that is badly worn, a badly eroded buffalo nickle, 1902 Indian head cent, 1917, 1918, 1929 and a 1941 wheat cents, 1939 &1946 Canadian cents and some clad coins. Two old spoons, small spoon has pat. Sept. 8-14 Simeon L.& George H. Rogers Company A-1 on it and the other has no markings. The small tube is a sample tooth paste from the early teens Sanitol Tooth paste. Aluminum Mother Mary pendant from 1955. The Tigers Speedway "79" 1957 Tigers schedule token was the most interesting find of the outings, it has the radio and TV dates of who they were playing on it (it cleaned up nice on the buffing wheel). The arrowhead is very sharp. Not much silver lately I need to find a new spot.

Happy Hunting!!!

are you sure that pendant is aluminum?
in the pic it looks like it has a patina, like silver.
just curious.

let's hope the weather stays like this for awhile,
it was 42 degrees when I went MD'ing this morning, not too bad for the middle of Decenber.

Stan the token is defiantly aluminum, I used a jewelers paste for aluminum with my buffing wheel to clean the corrosion off. Wishful thinking on the silver, that would have been nice. Mud I will go all winter if this weather keeps up. Went out today and it was 53 degrees and I actually got to hot.
