Hello,

Went back to baseball city today. This is a park that has been hunted to death, but I have found 9 silver coins there since this spring. I keep going back because the E-Trac is great at finding silver. Especially iffy deep silver coins. I don't find alot of silver coins so getting them one by one is fine by me.
I decided to try a different area of the park. I was only hunting for a few minutes and got a signal. It was very iffy and deep. The Fe# was low, but the Co# was high, 42-43 ish. The signal jumped around abit, but I think it was because it was so deep. I decided to dig it. I dug a plug as deep as my Lesche digging tool could go. I put my Garrett probe in the hole and nada. Dug a few more inches and still nada. I did the "coin on the Garrett thing" to get a little more signal from it. Tada, got a signal. So I kept digging deeper, I wasn't going to give up on this one. After the last plunge of the digger, I pulled out the loose dirt and there it was. 1957 Roosevelt dime. Freaked me out. I had my Kodak Zi8 handy but is was way too dark by then to make a vid.
Any way attached is a couple pics of it. Sorry for rambling on so much for just one coin, but I can't help it. :)
Thanks for reading, and HH all.
Dan.
