1942 /1 d give me you opinion

Well we had 4" of new snow last night so there was not much to do today so I went through some of my old coins & found this one. Looking at the picture in red book & on several web sites I think it might be a 42 d over 41. I know the 42 /41 p is easy to see as you can see the one clearly. But on the 42d only the leg of the 4 & part of the two show doubling. Then I found a site that referenced the y being extremely wide, take a look & give me your opinions. I had a site that some guy in California would look at your coins & give his expert opinion but I lost the info. sorry for the pics being backwards.

Sorry Bula, but I can't see anything. But then I'm almost blind as a bat. [attachment 159229 glasses.jpg]

I see the slight doubling that you are talking about, but I don't think it would pass as a 2/1.
