1939 Roi-Tan Cigars Car Pendant And 1946 Silver Ring

Finds are from the last 2 weekends.
The 1939 car pendant was a contest pendant by Roi-Tan Cigars to give away a 1939 Chevrolet.
The 1946 silver ring looks to be hand made. The other large ring is flat on top. Almost resembles a brass knuckle worn on one finger.
Old nickels are 1902,1911,1925, 1927. Dimes are back to 1916. Indians are 1902 and 1904.
Wheat pennies are back to 1910. I am unsure of what kind of foreign coin the small aluminum coin is.
I am not sure what that ornate button like item is. It is actually hollow and has a post on the back.
