1920 S Buffalo

Found this today with my V3i 1920s, I think all the V nickels and buffalos I find are being passed up by the other TR's. They won't dig the pull tabs. I get the gold too!

I'm not sure why, but I feel like it's been good luck when I find a nickel. Plus, I've dug 9 V nickels and 9 buffalos in the last year and a half, because of it. Most of them are pretty rough in our neck of the woods.

Nice find, msareborn! That Buffalo has good color for a dug nickel. In my neck-of-the-woods, they are usually a very discolored red. Good hunting strategy too. Best of luck and...

Happy Hunting!

Thanks Blind Squirrel. It actually is a little rosy looking. It was hard to photograph on my phone and still see the date.
