1916 Pin

Not sure exactly what this 1916 pin is. If anyone has an idea please let me know. Maybe a loggers convention pin. A fellow hunter and I took a Friday off and headed south for the weekend and
hit a few parks in IA and just into Missouri for a couple days where it was diggable. No Seated this time but the SQLs are always nice. Also got some older wheats and Indians back to 1883.
