It was above freezing today so I hit the ball park. Didn't think that I would find much & figured on only clad. I found $1.16 in clad a little butterfly ear ring and then just as I was ready to leave I sung the coil over the end of the warning track & bam. The signal sounded like it was right on top so I scraped off the top layer of cinders and saw what I thought was a zinc penny. When I dusted it off I did the little happy dance, my first barber dime 1915 s in great shape. It had to have been brought in with the cinders other wise it would have been a lot deeper, even the clad was 1 to 2 inches down & it was all new.
