1909 Wheatie

Confused

New member
I got out today with a friend for a little hunting. We hit an old house build around 1911. I asked the owner if we could dig around so with his blessing we went for it. Not much there, but I found a 1909 Wheatie and a 1950 Rosie. The penny is my oldest American coin so far. I looked, but it is just a 1909 and not the 1909s.

Does it have a vdb on the reverse anyways?

I cant tell, because it is pretty corroded on the back side. How can I clean it?
