1908 Barber Quarter and Mickey Mouse Ring

Was hoping someone could help date this ring. I found it in the same hole as a 1908 barber quarter. I did find that Mickey Mouse was "invented" in 1928. Any information would be appreciated.

Yes, it is stamped "C" WD. The "C" is a copyright symbol but I couldn't figure out how to insert the symbol.

The ring is a 1935 Brier Mfg. ring Some came with the Ingersol watch Price range given is $200-$400 You may want to get this appraised by someone in the toy business. VERY nice find!:clapping:
