Loving my Compadre! The 1880s home/dump site I have found just keeps on giving up stuff.
Here is my original post about the site: http://www.findmall.com/read.php?91,2012440
Here is a photo of finds from this weekend 1909 no VDB and what i think is 1911 - S wheats and one of my favorite finds ever a "1930s to early 1940s CONSAIR (Convair later Consolidated Vultee) airplane manufacturers pin. Silver pin has a classic design of a Revolutionary War Minute Man with three planes and the Consolidated / Convair Eagle that has CONSAIR above it in the four corner. Item has a safety pinback mechanism and has no makers or content mark, but may be Sterling as these mostly are.
