1876 Centennial Mystery Item

Hello, I dug a cool find today however I am having no luck at all trying to identify it. I am unsure if it is a pin or some kind of buckle clip. As you can see in the pics it has two dates, 1876 and 1776. Obviously made for the centennial but who manufactured these ? Trying to see if they were made for a particular event. Unfortunately it is very fragile and damaged, the figure in middle of the two dates appears to be the Lady of Justice but her head is missing. The back is also damaged, there is what looks like a hook form what once would have been a pin attached, but it could have also been a clip of some kind. If anyone can find any info I would be VERY greatful. I have scoured google and ebay but haven't been able to find anything even close. I would appreciate any thoughts, thanks findmall !

Anybody? I have searched hi and low to find another one like this and have come up empty handed. ANY ideas or thoughts would be great appreciated.

I wish I could help more.. Possibly Lady Liberty between the dates.. Such a cool find!

WOW
A year between posts and you didn't get any ideas...
Well I'm sorry I have nothing to help.
My only guess is a suspender clip.
Seems I've seen it before somewhere.
Good luck on the ID.

I didn't even think of suspender clip, from the back it appears to have been a pin , but suspender clip is also a definite possibilty. I have googled Lady Liberty, Scales of justice, Centennial, ect, ect. A Full Yesr later and I still have no idea. Somebody call in the experts, please! Lol

I don't have a clue either, but that is an awesome find!
