Found this Ohio Civil War token yeaterday in an open field at 3". On the obverse is: "B. KITTREDGE & CO. 134 MAIN ST. CIN. O.1863". The picture in the center is worn off. On the reverse: "DEALERS IN MILITARY GOODS GUNS PISTOLS AND SPORTING APPARATUS". It is made of copper and 3/4" in diameter. According to the internet files on B. Kittredge & Co money was being hoarded during the war so companies made tokens and went around to the Union campsites and gave soldiers their tokens to be used for purchases at their stores. Kittredge was known for their " fine line of Colt revolvers (including the 16" 45 cal. Ned Buntline specials) and S&W guns. Kittredge was one of the first gun companies in America per the internet. Sorry for the poor pic.
