1850's fort site gives up a bucket lister!!

I went back to my haunt that's been giving up some nice relics, but, no coins. Well......today that finally changed :) I followed a hunch and set my sites on a new area that we've neglected due to the lack of finds from the limited amount of time we dedicated to it so far. Found a lot of fired lead and some other relics along with a bucket lister and my oldest silver coin to date, an 1852 seated half dime. This is the first silver coin to come out of this place since we've been hunting it for the last few months. My buddy and I both knew there was one hiding in there somewhere :).

Running the 800 with the 11 inch coil.

My settings were as follows:

Park 2

recovery speed set at 6

iron bias 0

I performed an auto ground balance, could have used factory preset, balanced between 6-12, it's very sandy benign soil/

sensitivity 18,

2 tones

Nice finds Dan congrats on the seated oddly enough I’ve only found one seated dime but found four seated quarters in the 3 years I’ve been detecting..

Thank you, I've found a few seated dimes, but no seated quarter yet.

Thanks!! I had no idea what it was when I popped it out, took me a couple of minute to realize what I'd found :)
