Hello all, I was able to pull the 1837 Large Cent last Friday from a 1820 Home and the 1936 Walking Liberty from a 1941 home yesterday. I have found two Large Cents and five Walkers in less than two years with the F75 LTD. I'm at twenty five silver coins for the year. Thanks for looking and HH.

Crazy to think they are almost 100 years apart! Nice finds! What did the LC ring up as on the F75?

Good stuff !!!!

I found two large cents early this year within a week of each other about 15 miles apart. One was 1833 the other to worn to tell.

I fried the detail right off the 1833 with electolosis. Booooooo.

Love to see others find those though. It's such a mindtwist to think of all the history that was going on when that coin was circulated. Realizing the 13 stars were representing "only" 13 states in our Union.

triplehooked, The large cent rang up with a vdi at an 80 and was only 3 inch's below the surface. I was not expecting it to be a large cent. Trailduster, my first large cent I found last year (1827) was not in the best shape and I also tried to clean it. I'll just use the old soap and water with a light brush. Thanks for the comments everyone and Happy Hunting.
