1829 LC

Metal Magnet

Headed back to a place that is pretty old. I've been skunked there as it has been pounded. I was excited to see that trees and brush had been cleared. There is a spot near a tree that I've tried to get to in the past. I had a lot of brush around it. Well, all that was cleared.

So, headed over and got a very nice signal, middle to upper 80s. Dug down and was still in the hole. Dug some more and out comes a large cent. I was a little perplexed at the size b/se this place dates to later 1800s. I headed over to a puddle to see what I had. I was very excited to see that it was an 1829.
