I found this coin a month or so ago and it had a heavy black tarnish on it. I put it in olive oil and let it soak until last night. I noticed it had lightened up and that it may be silver. I started scraping it with my fingernail and the tarnish came off! I did the other side and saw a date of 1818!! Silver is always nice. This is the third 3 kreuzer I have found but this is the oldest.Thanks for looking and HH.
