1813 silver from the fields!

Hunted all day with my buddy in the fields. Finds were slim but still had a blast. You can just barely make out the date of 1813 on the back of the German silver coin. Found a few buttons and an arrow head laying on top as well.

Very nice old silver. Its nice that date is clearly visible. I also really like the arrow head also as I used to collect and hunt them growing up.

That's a cool find, Terry! I love it when people find unusual things! It's amazing all the different coins that circulated in our country before we had a good supply of our own coinage.........
