[size=medium]The piece above the horseshoe in top photo looks like a center draft piece for an old oil lamp, probably brass, if so a magnet won't stick. Photo is a bit dark. Have fun![/size]
 
I found a piece of metal that looks exactly like your last photo on Monday. I figured it was a piece off a shoe just because of the shape. Mine had indented holes around the edge.
