1789 SILVER ?

Back hunting the local football field, got a 9-40/41 about 8'' down. Thought it was another half dime. Dug the plug then pulled out some dirt, scanned the dirt pile and thats were it was. Used the pinpointer to find what i thought was a junk piece of metal all bent up. Ran the target over the coil and got a high tone. Took it home and cleaned to see a 1789 date on it. carefully unfolded to find it was a coin. It's smaller than a dime, the front has the date with some marking, O.I.US.111, back has a crest and F.F U.I.S.P thats all i can read.
