15x18 SEF

Just got my etrac today and I got the 15x18 SEF with it, 6" and the stock coil of course also. Granted I am brand new and really have no idea what I am doing, I put the big coil on and headed out to the yard. It really did not seem that heavy to me, maybe after 8 hours of detecting it would be. I found out my yard is very trashy :) So I put on the small 6" and it was way easier to separate and pin point with it. As far as weight goes though, personally I did not find it to be heavy.

Somehow or other my order got a bit goofed up and I did not get the 6" SEF coil, I will call tomorrow and get it fixed (I hope). I ended up with the 6" eq2

I get an entire day tomorrow with my eTrac, its going to be a good day!

BIG COIL!!!...HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU DON"T TRIP ON IT.......THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GO TO HOSPITAL!!!!..THINK IT WAS DETECTING THE ANTENNA ON THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR!!!!!!

Wow, you must be pretty serious with all that yelling.

You really think it was that big? I am a 35 year old crippled guy going on like 80 and I did not think it was that bad.. I will know more tomorrow evening when I am hopefully soar from hours of detecting

and I'll take care of it. In the mean time use the 6" DD until the 8x6 comes in.
