15khz coil

Somewhere around the house I have an old D-Tex 15khz loop. I don't know if it's a coplanar or triplanar, but it's definitely concentric. You could walk under a powerline as big as your thigh and never hear any interference [as quiet as a co-ax]. Would anyone know how to change adapters, and maybe add a resistor if needed for impedance matching for possible use on a CZ or MXT? This may be a stretch, I'm just wondering about possibilities.

If you hear of a way to rig something to make a small coil for the Coinstrike let us know!:nerd::sadwalk:

Just might make a nice winter project. With all the acc. coils out for both one wonders why you would want to...do take into consideration you may get one to work, but will it work as well as a commercial one made by Whites or Fisher and could one damage you unit itself by perhaps shorting out etc.

I had accidentally plugged this loop into a 5khz D-Tex and it worked fine, and I only found out later when taking it apart. Someone that knows what they are doing could probably get some results, with no danger of damage.
