I got to hunt with the MXT today between sales calls for about 15 minutes. This is the only good sounding target I found. A 1928 Standing Liberty Quarter. I'll be going back to this place.

Mike,
Do you ever get over around Mayfield or Aurora Ky?
I go to the PKC World Championship Coonhunt over there every Oct.and that place just looks old. Also are you allowed to detect over on L.B.L.? I know there are some deserted towns over there.. <img src="/metal/html/cry.gif" border=0 width=40 height=15 alt=":cry">

They do not allow any detecting on LBL. I sure wish they did. I'm going to keep trying. It's managed by the Division Of Forestry now.
Aurora and Mayfield are both pretty old areas. I have some customers in Mayfield so I do go down there. I haven't ever looked for any places to detect at either place yet. The way work is now it's kind of hard. I have to spend a couple of days in St. Louis each week right now.
Best of luck,
Mike
