Slipped out with my buddy Scott this morning, got in about 4 good hours of water time before the place got bizzy. I really don't hunt this location to often and have never found a silver coin here before...A First for me here......1941 Mercery, then a very strange looking coin. No clue, then the best dig of the day, 2 gram 14k ER.....Any Idea's on the other UDO

Congrats on the gold and silver die, Joe. Any idea what the other two coins could be? Possibly silver???? Sorry I couldn't make it, but it being Mother's day and the wife's Birthday is tomorrow I would have tried to walk on water before I'd ask the wife to go detecting for the day. LOL

Thanks Guys, Once the water gets warm this beach will see a lot more treasure being pulled. And a lot more hunters....

Silver and Gold! Thats a satisfying day there! Those open earrings are a tough target for me to hear..Nice work!:please:

Nice find on the heavy gold earring, It's great that you guys up north find that old silver coin on your beaches, we just get crusty clad!....The more weight they want to hang on their ears and put on their fingers, the better odds of it falling off for us to find. Good luck with that spike in beach activity....it's been a slow start down South also.

now that summer is almost here. Galveston water temp was 68 two weeks ago, today was 73, almost there. And it's snowing in Colorado....unbelievable....good luck on your hunts. John

Water's cold here Joe.... only 79 i think today. Way to go on the finds and heres hoping you fill that treasure chest this year.
