14K GOLD BEST FIND THIS YEAR SO FAR!

Goldstrike

Well-known member
A recent trip to England:ukflag: paid off for me big time with this gold crucifix and chain weighing a total of 29 grams. I threw in a 50p piece to give you an idea of the size. The stones turned out to be CZ's but that's ok as the 14K gold was a very sweet find!!! I don't normally post on this particular forum but I hunt almost exclusively on the beaches so I think I'll post on this forum as well as some others from now on! Thanks for looking and I anticipate finding and posting much more jewellery before the end of 2011!!!

There's still a ton of gold and silver just waiting for YOU to dig and collect so......H.H. everyone!!

Was this a water recovery?

What machine are you using?

GL&HH,

CJ

This was a beach recovery and detected with a Sea Hunter. It's hard to explain but Iv'e found that there is a subtle tone to gold that is usually there when you pass over the good stuff and I kinda knew this was a 'keeper'!!

That is a beauty

Must have been one of your countrymen that lost that...14K, never found any here in all the years I've been tecting our beaches..........talk about a busman's holiday:thumbup: Nice bling bling....

Thanks pastyman, in all the time I've detected So Cal beaches, haven't dug any bling quite like this although I've found gold and silver rings and such and I guess I had to fly to a different country to get this gold!!!
