I worked hard for this!!!! I started at 7am and detected 3 different parks (just the wood-chips and sand areas, I don't have a spade to dig in the grass yet) and here is what I found with my Ace 250:

All are modern coins
10 quarters
24 dimes
7 nickels
96 pennies
2 tokens (Chucky Cheese & a local bowling alley)

1 Canadian nickel
1 junk child's ring
1 junk necklace and pendant
1 religious pendant "St. Charbel" stamped Italy
& uncountable amounts of trash & foil...

Todays grand total is $6.21. I would of kept going but my batteries died on me after 4 1/2 hrs into the hunt. I have new ones now, and tomorrow I'm going to try to get even more coins!!!

Nice hunt:thumbup:

Well done tf,
That sure is a great goin' and yeah, it's a lot of work.
The most satisfying bit is the count up at the end.
A new lesson learned as well, always carry spare batteries with you then if your on a roll you can change
them during the hunt.

YES A VERY IMPORTANT LESSON INDEED....:rage:

I have all kinds of tool and tackle boxes that I use for the hobby. They sell this yellow and black tool bok at Walmart for like 6 bucks and it matches the Ace 250 nicely. I was very flip last Halloween and used it as my costume, even scoring a cool T-shirt. What you fill it with is up to you. Mine has lots of stuff including: Batteries, Digging Tools, Gloves, Bottled Water, Knee Pads, Allergy Medicine, Sunscreen, Bug Spray, Baggies, Markers, Pads, Pens. There is a lot more. Once the season starts it never leaves my truck.

Good luck!

Chris

I did keep the photo:
