14" of snow

Well it is spring time in the Rockies, & here in Utah we got 14" of new snow last night. This is not an April Fools joke, I have been out since 3am plowing this white stuff. Two days ago it was 65 degrees and this morning it was 27, looking on the bright side it will only take a couple of days to melt but there is another storm coming in Monday.

Well I do feel sorry for you but we had a long winter here in Missouri and don't want anymore so you can keep it . Hope it melts fast so you can get back out detecting again .

My goodness, that's a lot of snow. Maybe it will make all those silver coins easier to detect. We're hoping to break an 83 degree record today here in Illinois. And no, that isn't an April fools joke either. HH, or should I say Happy Shoveling! Nancy

I took my twin grand-daughters to Flagstaff last weekend to see snow for the first time in their lives. They're seven years old. Thay thought it was FANTASTIC!! But they were glad to get back to Yuma for some good ol' 80-degree sunshine after freezing for a couple days.

Also, my step-daughter is 22 and it was the second time she had ever seen snow.

Gotta be lots of good finds beneath that ski lift......

I could have sent you some snow, you didn't have to drive all the way to Flagstaff. I am in the same type of area as Flagstaff but I think they get a little colder than we do during the winter months. As for the finds under the ski runs, mot nuch since the invent of the debit card.
