Finds are from an after work hunt during the week and part of the weekend.
Later in the day I decided to strap on the NEL attack 15 and go to a school grounds that a detecting buddy and I initially got a lot of buffalo nickels and hit some other deep signals on.
I started detecting and was immediately kicked off the school playgrounds by some lady who said I cant detect here as it is school property and any digging is considered vandalism.
I tried to explain I leave the grass connected on part of the plug so it doesn't stress the grass as much but her mind was already made up.

I left to go the other spot to detect in that town.
I got a couple of nickels first and hit the ring signal way down and it sounded like a really old deep Indian head.
At first I was confused on the stamping until I realized it was double stamped 14k. The engraved 1913 ring is a large size 11 or so and weighs in at 5.5 grams.

All of my finds this weekend except the 1893 Indian and a few Wheats were made with my new NEL Snake Coil and my NEL Attack 15 inch coil.

Indians are 1893,1907.
Barber dime is 1907s.
Nickels are 1927,1940,1943,1952,1957.
Wheat pennies are back to 1918.

good hunt....I'm digging on that token!

Nice that the ring is dated! Great finds, FPD!
I've noticed, like your ring, most of my gold rings are split. I'm guessing it's from the dirt inside the band freezing & expanding? JMHO!
