13 Parks - This ain't no water hunt! 10K for Bia and a "Thumper" for me!

I dont know why we did it but all together we hit 13 parks in about 8 hours. Meager? You tell us? We certainly didn't loose money on this one but I'm wondering... Bia is happy regardless! Luckily, not a lot of driving was required because these are all in the area close to home.

I did snag a "thumper" below. Yeah, we munched him! Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm. That was my big ticket!

The Excalibur 800 does suprisingly well in the dirt and around metal playground equipment. When the sensitivity is down she moves along just fine!

When my Excalibur 1000 get's withing 20 feet of a palyground it screams bloody murder so I don't bother it. I take the Whites XLT instead and that baby LOVES playgrounds... and pulltabs... and bottle caps... and aluminum.... and quarters... and gold... and nickels...
