1270 Headset problem

Went to use my SUN-RAY Gold headphones on my 1270 yesterday and I got no audio, so I switched to my never used Audio 200's which wouldn't work either, both sets work in my F75 and my 1265X and my 555-D, so I tried and old used pair of Audio 200's I had a while and they worked ,so again I tried my really old SUPERPHONES and they worked. the older phones did not have great quality sound but they can be usable. Any ideas? I hate to have to send this back again.

Does you sun-ray's have switch or selector, sometimes mine get switch and I forget about the switch.

Been there , all 4 pair work on all 6 detector I have but the NEW Audio 200's and the SUN-RAY Gold

High,
Taken a look at the plugs on the cord end ??
Maybe some of the are mono plugs and some are stereo plugs - they are different.

checked that, there all stereo plugs, doesn't make sense, the old sets work but my 2 new ones don't, old sets: Superphones and Audio 200's, new ones: Sun-Ray Gold and Brand new out of the bag Audio 200's. Did the selector switch changes on all 4 and the 2 old ones worked, the news didn't make a difference. All 4 work on the 1265X, F75 and 555-D, Tesore Silver Saber. E-mailed Sun-Ray about it but they never answered. Can't believe I didn't get more responses on this. Come People out there give me some ideas..

With mine I always get confused about which switch is which? (I'm going to find a way to mark them)

Does the Sun-Rays at this point work properly on ANY detector you have?

If so do the ones they work on use the same detector type selection at the switch?

Does the 1270 use the other selection? (if so maybe one side of the switch is bad)
In other words maybe the Sun-Rays are only working on one side of the switch.

Mark

all 4 pair work on all the other 5 machines i have and the switch also works on all of them, but only the 2 old ones work on the 1270. I scratched an X by each way the toggle should be.
