well i went to a place tonight that again i've pounded with tesoro's and running the sens on 2 beleive it or not iron disc at 10 and the normal at between 5 and 6 and got a nice flat button and also dug a 25 cal casing brass, the button was roughly 6" and man the signal hit just like it was on top i was real tickled to see that come out of there, shooter got to tell you man you are right when you said small stuff and low sens things could be deep, damit wish i could post a pic on here but loving this machine!

I finally figured mine out. normal disc at 5.5 if I put it at 5.75 It woulnt hit my gold ring and pull tabs so I've been running at 5.5. sensitivity about 6. Trying to get that up higher.

you ain't going to believe went to a field today that i recently got permission from got a 1821 spanish reale, no bull i'll send you a pic later!

Way to go Jav "Reale" nice find!!!! Told that 1270 great.

shooter i tell you what now that i got a hang of how to run this beast its deep i notice anything thats 6" sounds like its on the surface and also finding stuff i never found with the my tesoro's i'm not knocking them but for coin hunting this thing really kicks but i've glad i've stuck with this machine and apreciate your advice!

Glad to hear it, I've got it down, and how about the tiny stuff, findind 22's way down. Been telling you it was AWESOME!!!
Finished my Hip Mount, you can't believe how light this wand is, I don't think it's more then a pound. Left the handle on the detector and bought another to put on the wand. The unit fells great on the waste also put a cable connect protection bars where it cable goes into the box. Wasn't going to use my home made SWINGY-Thingy but I hooked it to the hip mount and it's even more comfortable. I'll take some pics of the whole thing, OH yea I ordered a 8"coil from TC Detectors on the Apr.13th and haven't got it yet, e-mailed them twice and called twice about the the shipping status heard nothing from them, can't even cancel it. So the other 8" coil has a three foot cable and the hip mount needs a 7' footer. No one has extension cables, (but Kieth Wills in TX will make them) Have one from my 555-D but the ends are backwards so I cut the cable and took off the cable covers and swapped them around and it works perfect, so don't let anyone tell you "you can't do it". Thats what Fisher told me. It works great.

awesome man i think your becoming the 1270 inovator so you need to come out with your own line of inline probes? by the way stuck on a 10.5 coil on and air tested last night on a mason jar lid and could'nt beleive how far i was getting a signal almost three feet i was majorly impressed, i don't know why more people run these machines they are awesome deep!
