1235 vrs 1236

All 1235X units are made in the US these are older units IMHO more stable.People who frequent seeded hunts use these more than any other detector,because they work.I have used and owned a few 1236-X2s and have found the quality can vary with these detectors.Never used the silent mode depth is about the same as the 1235X.The selling price is more for the 1236,but I would choose a 1235x anyday.Hope this helps.
