12 x 10 on the deleon?

hey has anyone tried the 12 x 10 coil on the deleon? looking for any feedback please

I never have myself. I'd call Tesoro and talk to someone there about it.

If there would be any problem I'm sure Tesoro could adjust the DeLeon to work with the 12x10. But you'd have to check with them.

I bought one for my Cortes then sold it. Too chattery and heavy. In air tests it did a little better than the 8x9 on a quarter, both coils were the same for a dime.

AMC, It was chattery at one place I remember, tried everything. Only used it a few times.

I tried it on my DeLeon - ground chatter here also. Don't need it on that detector so use it on others.

I've used mine on my Eldorado U max, but I cant remember using it on the DeLeon. 12x 10 works great at the beach on the Eldorado...it does get a bit heavy for me after a while ( probably the reason I haven't put it on the DeLeon), but the extra depth makes it comparable to the Tejon with the 9x8 coil.

well i found a NOS 1236x2 fisher i'm going to try and go from there i will probably have a another tesoro shortly, thanks as usual on the replys!
