reminds me of the time i took my kid brother to the beach 1st time tectin. as we stood on the beach and i was showin him the tector controls and how to work it, there was a target right under the coil. you wouldnt beleive it, it was a gold weddin band. he hadnt even swung the coil. crazy.

Tev-same happened to me while visiting my buddy down in Florida-pulled out a Tracker 4 that I had sitting in my office for a year and a half-literally hit a gold mans wedding band in about 10 minutes. Couldn't believe it and what keeps me going today!

BTW nice hit on that ring! 8 grams of WOW! I was headed to the Jersey shore this week and you beat me to it. )
