10x5 Coil for Hunting Gold Nuggets

Has anybody tested the depth (air test or in ground) for small gold nuggets with the 10x5 vs the 5" round coil?

I am looking at the Gold Bug Pro to hunt small gold nuggets under 0.3 grams that my Minelab PI cannot see.

Also, I am wondering if the 10x5 coil handles ground mineralization the same or better than the 5" coil.
I work in highly mineralized ground.

The 10" is a great coil but the 5" is going to do better in most nugget hunting locations simply because it looks at less soil volume at a time and therefore might be able to squeak out a target between hot rocks and or in a crevice better. But I would defiantly get both if your a nugget hunter. In the parks for me the 10" is a must its that good It is capable at hunting at slower sweep speeds than the 11!!
