10 x 12 SEF Coil Question

Are the SEF coils fully waterproof and do they ship with a coil cover? Do they also ship with the coil mounting hardware?

Jason - I own two, the 12" x 10" and the 12" x 15". They are waterproof and both came with coil covers, but no hardware.
 
I have purchased several SEF coils and all those for my FBS detectors came with coil covers, the 12x15" SEF for my Sovereign did not come with a cover. As far as I know they are all waterproof and I run my Sovereign SEF coils in shallow water without issues.
