What a day a friend Greg and I hunted a small park baseball field we have been hunting together a few times
Well we started in a new spot and Greg nailed a silver Washington right away ok good start then we started finding
Lots of wheats well I said there has to be more silver sure enough we started cleaning up!!!
Silver dimes mercs Rosie’s then I hit a silver Washington! Dimes were 45,18 or 1919 very worn 37 49 64 51 war nickels two 44’s and 45 one 1948 quarter
I got a high signal on my Deus thought it was a quarter. I dug a 45 merc with a wheat stuck perfectly to it! You can see in one photo
The green on the merc and a few bucks in clad and 38 wheat cents just a great afternoon close to home then the wife wanted to go out for dinner it’s ok can always go back it’s only
A few miles from home..

Whoops! Pretty strong and good hunt. That particular area has to be virgin ground. Get the rest of em. HH jim tn
 
Yep sorry 11 one Old merc was from another spot it’s strange I’ve got silver out of this field but it was literally in a small area we just kept on digging silver 15 total in about 2 hours
Time the area was all dead grass no plus soil just fell apart.
 
Been following your finds posts. I'm packing up and on the way.... :drool:

I think you need me to help find some more of those awesome silvers.... :happy:
 
Congrats ... I'm happy with just to find a single silver on any given day. One of these days ... I'll find a honey hole.

It happens when you least expect it We we’re finding tons of wheats I knew the silver was there I went very slow once we started
Finding it.
