10 little Indians

I revisited a bean field school site I had hunted with a fresh Equinox years ago, its amazing what you can learn with a little time and patience. The Indians just coming thru the whole hunt the depth ranged from laying on the ground to 10 inches plus, and the dates ranged from 65 to 05.
The 65 Indian, the 16D buffalo and the 37s Washington are all semi key dates.
The Oak leaves are from a round oak pot belly stove finial.

A terrific hunt, congratulation!

Great finds Jeff! That's a ton of Indians. Speaking of the finial of round oak stoves and Indians, the chief on the top is Doe-wah-Jack. I don't want to hijack your post but thought you might appreciate this round oak stove advertising pin I dug with him depicted a few weeks ago.
