10" DD Excelerator Coil vs Whites 10" D2??

Jimmy S

New member
I might have made a rookie mistake... I ordered a 10" Exclerator coil, I had been thinking of getting a Whites 10" D2 but went with the Excelerator because it was much cheaper (Kelly Co on sale).

Did I do the right thing? Are the EXC's good? I do have lots of mineralization in my area.

Any thoughts would be great.

Thanks,

Jim

What was the mistake? Rob

Both are good coils Jim. I have used the EX 10 since it came out and I also have a couple of the White's D2. The D2 is built to higher (White's) standards, but both operate just about the same. The D2 might have a slight ground noise rejection advantage.
