1 ringy-dingy, 2 ringy-dingy, 3 ringy-dingy!

Yesterday I took the kids out tot-lotting in the afternoon after finishing up school for the day. We hit a park we'd never been to before, but to be honest I wasn't expecting much other than clad.

Well after getting off to a good start with a clad Kennedy half, I was busily pulling quarters and dimes, when all of a sudden, out of the hole, pops this!

Now it isn't quite what it appears,, for it is plated and undoubtedly CZ, but still, it's a ring, and it sure got the heart rate up a wee bit!

A bit more clad from around the equipment, and then another nice ping from the ol' Cibola, and this pops out!

That one is real .925, and pretty too. It even fits me!:D So by now I was feeling pretty happy, and the kids were getting hot & tired, but I was determined to finish out the area by the swings. A good thing I did, too, for another swing and another ping, and this appears from under the surface chips!

Yep! Another .925 sterling! This one is from some huge guy, too, as it is loose even on DH's big ol' paws! Man, that's the best MDing day I've had to date personally. Sweet!
Oh, and I had a clad total of $3.42, so I done good! Nothing like putting the fear of God into your Cibola to make it start coughing up the goods! (I'd been threatening to sell it a week or two ago!)
